  • cup 80 mL pizza sauce
  • 1 cup 115 g shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup 20 g grated parmesan cheese

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C). If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven to heat.
  • Prepare dough: Roll or stretch the pizza dough into a 12-inch circle on a lightly floured surface. Transfer to a parchment-lined baking sheet or hot pizza stone.
  • Add sauce: Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a 1-inch border around the edges.
  • Top with cheese: Sprinkle shredded mozzarella evenly over the sauce, then add grated parmesan on top.
  • Bake pizza: Bake for 10–12 minutes, until crust is golden and cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Slice and serve: Remove from oven, let cool for 2 minutes, then slice and serve warm.
