Ingredients
  

  • 2 pounds beef stew meat
  • 1 ½ pounds baby Yukon gold potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons seasoned salt
  • 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
  • 5 tablespoons butter cut into pads

Instructions
 

  • Prepare crockpot: Spray the crockpot with nonstick spray or lightly grease.
  • Add ingredients: Place beef stew meat and baby potatoes into the crockpot.
  • Season: Sprinkle onion powder, garlic powder, and seasoned salt over the beef and potatoes. Add the chopped garlic.
  • Top with butter: Distribute the butter pads evenly on top of the beef and potatoes.
  • Cook: Cover and cook on LOW for 6 hours or on HIGH for 3–4 hours, until beef is fork-tender and potatoes are soft.
  • Serve: Stir gently, then serve hot with crusty bread or a side of vegetables.

Notes

  • You can substitute Yukon gold potatoes with red potatoes or baby russet potatoes.
  • For extra flavor, add a splash of beef broth or Worcestershire sauce before cooking.
