- 1 ½ pounds baby Yukon gold potatoes
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons seasoned salt
- 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
- 5 tablespoons butter cut into pads
