- 1 lb chicken breasts
- 5 medium potatoes cut into chunks
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt pepper, garlic powder, and paprika (for potatoes)
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 2 tbsp minced garlic
- Buffalo Wild Wings Garlic Parmesan Sauce enough to cover chicken
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Prepare potatoes: Wash and chop potatoes into bite-sized chunks. Toss them with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
Layer potatoes: Place seasoned potatoes in the bottom of the crockpot.
Season chicken: Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, paprika, onion powder, Italian seasoning, and minced garlic.
Add sauce: Place chicken over potatoes and pour enough Buffalo Wild Wings Garlic Parmesan Sauce to fully coat the chicken.
Cook: Cover and cook on HIGH for 4 hours or LOW for 6–7 hours, until chicken is cooked through and potatoes are tender.
Add cheese: Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top during the last 10 minutes of cooking. Cover again until melted.
