- 4 ounces cream cheese softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 egg room temperature
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- 1 ¾ cups cake flour sifted
- ¾ cup confetti sprinkles
