  • 1 can 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Green gel food coloring
  • ½ cup raspberry jam or strawberry jam for brighter red veins
  • Red gel food coloring optional, for a bloodier look

  • Prepare the pan:
  • Line an 8x8-inch pan with parchment paper, leaving a bit of overhang for easy removal.
  • Melt the fudge base:
  • In a medium saucepan, combine white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until smooth and fully melted.
  • Add flavor and color:
  • Remove from heat, stir in the vanilla extract, and add several drops of green gel food coloring. Mix until you achieve a creepy, zombie-like green hue.
  • Pour and spread:
  • Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared pan and smooth out the top with a spatula.
  • Create the “veins”:
  • In a small bowl, stir the raspberry jam with a few drops of red gel food coloring (optional for deeper red).
  • Drop small spoonfuls of jam over the fudge surface and use a toothpick or knife to gently swirl it into vein-like patterns.
  • Chill until firm:
  • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until fully set.
