- Crust:
- 36 Oreo cookies crushed
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
- Cream Cheese Layer:
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 8 oz whipped topping Cool Whip, thawed
- Pudding Layer:
- 2 boxes 3.4 oz each instant chocolate pudding mix
- 3 cups cold milk
- Topping:
- 8 oz whipped topping Cool Whip, thawed
- 6 –8 crushed Oreo cookies for garnish
Make the crust:
Crush 36 Oreos into fine crumbs (use a food processor or seal in a bag and crush with a rolling pin).
Combine with melted butter until fully coated. Press into a 9x13-inch dish to form the crust. Set aside.
Cream cheese layer:
In a mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
Fold in 8 oz whipped topping until well combined. Spread evenly over the crust.
Pudding layer:
Whisk together pudding mix and cold milk until thickened (about 2 minutes).
Spread over the cream cheese layer.
Final topping:
Spread remaining 8 oz whipped topping evenly over the pudding layer.
Chill & garnish:
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours to set.
